At Magpie, we love a good reason to celebrate! You’ll find us joining in many of downtown Coeur d’Alene’s most fun happenings — from ArtWalk on the second Friday of every month to lively, large-scale downtown events that fill the streets with energy. We also host our own Magpie-only gatherings, from special shopping events to creative pop-ups and artist features right here in the shop. Whether it’s a community-wide celebration or something a little more intimate, there’s always something fun on the calendar at Magpie!

Ready for a little St. Patrick’s Day fun?
Beginning March 1, Downtown Coeur d’Alene turns into a treasure hunt with The Hunt for O’Sherman: a festive, family-friendly adventure that connects parade excitement with local shopping.
Start by picking up a passport at any participating business. As you explore Downtown, you’ll search for O’Sherman the Leprechaun hiding in each shop, holding a special word. Collect the letters, decode the secret phrase, and you’ll discover the end of the rainbow! Turn in your completed passport at the end of the rainbow to receive the gold and be entered into a drawing to win gift card prizes!
While you’re out searching, keep an eye out for each store’s featured O’Sherman’s Lucky Pick at each store, a fun way to discover something new (and maybe lucky!)
